One can definitely explore a city even if time is limited. It’s also good to get a first impression of a city or town, or if you’ve already been there many times.

I can feel the rush and the eagerness to explore the whole of Kuala Lumpur in 36 hours. We also had a limited time in KL but we managed to visit a number of beautiful attractions.

Nope, I actually stopped in Sydney and Dubai on my trip to NZ, so KL will have to wait for a re-visit :)

Sounds like you had 36 hours of fun during your stop at Kuala Lumpur. However, next time you happen to visit, make sure to head down to the Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens. It’s a serene place right in the heart of the city. It’s a great escape from the city’s usual hustle and bustle.
